7th Grade - Budget Assignment

You budget assignments are due next Wednesday.  Below is the checklist that we discussed in class.

1. Budget is proper format
2. Expenses are in at least 5 – 7 categories
3. Pie graph shows percentages
4. Graph is titled
5. Written response – 3 Paragraphs
- What is a budget?
- Why is budgeting helpful?
- What were some difficulties you had when creating a budget?
- Describe your personal budget (What do you notice?  Do you foresee any issues?)
- Do you have any savings?  What will they be used for?
6. Rubric stapled on top
