8th Grade - Studying for Exponents Test

Happy Friday 8th graders! A few of you are planning on studying for your upcoming test that will be taken in class on Wednesday. Below are some possible ways of studying that may be helpful.

  1. Watch all the the Khan Academy videos that have been posted over the last few weeks on exponents and scientific notation. You may also choose to do the exercises on Khan Academy related to the videos (you can find them on the left sidebar).
  2. Use your textbook to go through chapter one. Practice doing the sample questions by placing a sheet of paper over the solutions and then checking your answers.
  3. Look over the homework you have done in the last few weeks and redo some of the questions.
  4. Complete the following questions from the Review Exercise 1 in your textbook (page 35):
    # 1 - 4, #6 and #9 (check your answers)
