7th Grade - Independent Events

Two events are said to be independent events if the occurrence or non-occurrence of one event does not affect the probability of the occurrence of the other event.
For example, in tossing a coin twice, the event A that the first toss shows a head and the event B that the second toss shows a head are independent.
That is, event A does not affect how likely event B will occur, and vice versa.
