Today, we used prime factorization to evaluate problems involving square and cube roots. When completing your homework, take the time to recall each step.
- Prime factorization
- Exponential notation
- Split the prime factors into two (or three) equal groups
- Evaluate "one of the groups" to find the square or cube root
